Jonker Portrait Gallery is a home-based Art and Photography Studio specializing in custom portraiture by JuliAnne Jonker. The studio is centrally located in Apple Valley, Minnesota, about 15 minutes south of the Mall of America.
Jonker Portrait Gallery is committed to maintaining a low volume of sessions and commissions so that the personal attention you receive and the quality of the art created are never compromised. To this end, every commission begins with a personal consultation with JuliAnne at her studio. She believes that this time is essential in creating a portrait which is a true art piece and not simply a record of what the person or people looked like at that time. The goals of the consultation are to create a connection between the artist and subject, and then to have a collaboration of vision and planning.
When this connection takes place between artist and subject, there is a magic that happens in the creation of the portrait. A depth of spirit is drawn out of the subject which is apparent in the portraits created at Jonker Portrait Gallery.
Lunch is included in your registration fee.
Program fee is payable via credit card when registering on-line or by cash or check at the door.
